While it's always sad to say goodbye to summer, I couldn't be more excited that it's October! October is my favorite month. It's the start of cooler temperatures, the changing of leaves, darker evenings and the precedent for the holiday season! It's crazy to think there are only three more months left to this year! It went by quickly, didn't it? Some personal goals of mine are to start getting back to the gym {it's sadly been a mostly workout-free summer}, drinking more water, making more time for my personal writing, and to photograph the little things! Do you have any little/big goals for the rest of 2010?
Tonight Matthew and I are going to order some yummy pizza from our favorite place, do some more wedding venue research {it seems endless} and hopefully watch a movie! Oh and I'm so looking forward to celebrating my Hanna's birthday tomorrow night! I hope you all have some fun things planned this weekend, too!

i like going to burbank in october and november - the leaves at my mother in laws house are so big and colorful... it doesn't always feel like fall, but at least it looks like it!

it is scary how quickly time just zooms by! october means exam/essays time; gonna be busy as a bee... but im definitely lookin forward to x'mas!!!! that's some motivation for the nxt 2 mths or so :D

ReplyDeleteMy plans for the rest of the year (what little is left) are to hit the gym harder than I have all year (I've been a bit meh about it and have only been going haphazardly), take all my medications every day and not just when I feel like it (oops!), make more time for artistic ventures like journalling and photography, and get my Christmas shopping done early!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! i'm so excited for you guys and i can't wait to see what you come up with for your wedding. i can totally relate to having to deal with outrageous california venue prices. people were telling me that locations were only 10-12k, like that was a steal. as soon as you use the word "wedding" people go nuts with prices. but you two are very creative and i'm sure you'll make it gorgeous while saving some pennies (which will also make it more meaningful i think). hooray for love! :)
