I remember back in elementary school purple was one of my favorite colors. I loved coloring with the hue, staring at it, and of course dressing in it! Now, I inadvertently shy away from purples all together, which is just silly because it's probably the most universally flattering color. It really looks good on everyone! So in honor of my 8 year old self, here's an outfit celebrating that color I loved so much, and will try to love more! Promise!

ReplyDeletePurple was actually my favorite color too- to the point where id only wear purple. Purple hat, shirts, underwear, pants, socks. We have got some interesting family photos of me, the purple girl. Ha
that dress is gorgeous! i was/am the same with my favorite color (pink) loved it as a kid, but as i got older didn't really wear it much! but now that color is everywhere i've started!

I'm pretty sure pink was my favorite color as a little girl...and it's probably the shade I have the least of in my closet, even though I still love it! The floral print of this dress & the low scoop in the back are so pretty - love how you put the blazer over it too! :)
