I love getting dressed in fall. You can play with warmer colors, layer on the sweaters, and luckily the weather isn't so cold you fear going outdoors. {Not really looking forward to that last one!}. This dress is one of my seasonal standbys and I love pairing it with a new favorite, this chunky boyfriend sweater from Quiksilver. The colors compliment each other and the triangle design on the sleeves works with the vertical stripes of the dress. I'm a sucker for shapes.

I hope you all had a great weekend! On Saturday I went down to South Coast Plaza for an event at Nordstrom with Sam Edelman. It was so awesome to meet Sam, see his new line Circus and hear about his inspiration for the fall collection. It was also so cool to meet his wife Libby {as in Sam & Libby}, and his son Jesse. Love that it's a family business!
