saying goodbye to 2012

2012 was a great year, and although there were less life changes as previous years, it was equally as memorable. Reflecting back I'm reminded of so many wonderful trips, events and memories. Matthew and I celebrated 4 years of dating and spent our 1 year wedding anniversary in Hawaii, I went to Chicago for the first time, I turned the big 25, we spent time with family in Cambria, and we planned a spontaneous weekend trip to Portland, Oregon. 

This year was also one with great blogging opportunities. I had the pleasure of hosting some events, including ones for Marshalls, bebe, and Lulu*s. I was in the running for Refinery29's Next Big Style Blogger and I attended a brunch at Max and Lubov Azria's house. There were multiple pinch me moments that I was so grateful for! 

I had some goals for the blog last year, as well, including a site redesign which happened in October, posting  recipes on a more consistent basic and sharing more of my work as a buyer and stylist.

In 2013 I hope to work on developing more interesting and inspiring content on my blog. I'm so grateful for all my wonderful and supportive readers and any feedback you have it always so appreciated! Is there anything you'd like to see more or less of? It seems like I spent less time last year sharing personal posts about my life with Matthew and Ginger but it is something I'd like to include more of. I'm really going to try to manage my time more in the new year, as well. With a full-time job, and blogging as a close second, it can be hard to step away from the computer, but it's something I absolutely need to work on. I'm so excited for all that 2013 will bring and I can't wait to share it with you here. Thank you all so much for being a part of my life. I wish you a bright and lovely new year!
