coral and yellow with target

Coral and yellow are two of my favorite colors to wear, especially during the warmer months. Now that spring is right around the corner {tomorrow is technically the first day!}, all I can think of is this light and happy color palette. It's funny how wearing certain colors can affect your mood and for me yellow and coral are two that usually do the trick. For my next project with Target, they had me put together two different looks with coral and yellow in mind. It was fun creating different outfits that included the colors in an organic way. Below are two outfits that I think would be perfect to wear during a cool spring day, in the office or out. I thought it would be good to add a fresh-colored green necklace to break up the first outfit, and I think metallics are so pretty in spring so I paired silver heels with the second outfit. Metallics, like silver and gold are my new favorite "neutral," because they add a subtle pop.

This coral and yellow printed cardigan is on my wishlist right now. I love the elegant floral print and I can already tell it would go with all my spring dresses! Who's ready to put away their winter clothes? me me me!
